Master the work.
Define your signature.
Clinical craft is the foundation. Build the judgment, repetition, and distinct identity that make your work your own.

Private mentorship. A more intentional practice. A more aligned life.
You spent more than a decade learning how to become a surgeon. Almost nobody taught you how to build the practice, culture, team, brand, business, and life around it.
You mastered the craft. Now build the practice. And the life around it.
Six months. Private mentorship. Built around you.
The Aligned Surgeon connects clinical craft with the systems, people, culture and environment required to build an exceptional practice.

Clinical craft is the foundation. Build the judgment, repetition, and distinct identity that make your work your own.

Exceptional practices depend on people. Align leadership, accountability, and the environment your team creates every day.

Connect your systems, brand, and business to a deliberate vision for your practice—and the life around it.
Residency prepares you to operate. Private practice asks you to become a leader, entrepreneur, recruiter, marketer, financial operator, culture builder, and eventually an institution builder.

The Aligned Surgeon™ is a six-month private mentorship and strategic advisory experience for plastic surgeons who want to intentionally build an exceptional practice, brand, team, career, and life.
This is not about copying someone else’s practice. It is about becoming the surgeon and leader capable of intentionally building your own.
Every major decision is viewed through five connected domains, with alignment surrounding all five.
Who are you becoming?
What are you becoming exceptional at?
Who are you building with?
What do people believe about you?
What are you ultimately building?
Each 75–90 minute session combines teaching, diagnosis, strategic application, decisions, and specific commitments. The sequence moves from alignment through craft, people, brand, business, enterprise, and legacy.
Who are you actually trying to become?
Define the future before building toward it: career, family, time, wealth, clinical goals, ideal week, and what success means on your terms.
Think bigger before you build bigger.
Identify the beliefs, fears, narratives, and decision patterns that limit growth. Translate vision into identity, action, and repetition.
Become known for something.
Develop a recognizable clinical identity through mastery, differentiation, outcome measurement, innovation, and teaching.
Build the team you want to scale with.
Translate values into behaviors. Build hiring, onboarding, accountability, recognition, and leadership systems that protect culture as you grow.
Design how the patient feels at every step.
Engineer the patient journey from first awareness through long-term follow-up, with intentional emotional and operational touchpoints.
Build trust before the patient ever meets you.
Clarify positioning, story, content, authority, social media, speaking, education, PR, and the difference between attention and trust.
Know the numbers that actually drive the practice.
Understand pricing, conversion, case mix, utilization, overhead, labor, marketing, margin, cash flow, and profit.
Stop being the bottleneck.
Move from doer to leader to visionary through delegation, accountability, organizational design, decision rights, and executive development.
Build beyond your own hands — intentionally.
Evaluate associates, partnerships, equity, ASC, med spa, real estate, education, media, additional locations, and strategic adjacencies.
Build a life worth scaling.
Bring the entire program back to life design: family, health, wealth, freedom, teaching, succession, impact, and what “enough” means.
The two-day in-person TPC Immersion in Draper, Utah is included in the program investment. The first participating surgeon may bring one key team member—typically a practice administrator or operator—and airfare and hotel for those two attendees are included.
Culture, leadership, patient journey, clinic flow, PCC process, OR/ASC systems, scheduling, safety, accountability, and team structure.
Brand, content, financials, KPIs, leadership, scale, and private strategic planning around what to take home—and what not to copy.

This may fit if you are transitioning from academics or hospital employment, early in private practice, already successful but becoming the bottleneck, or preparing to build associates, an ASC, multiple locations, or a larger platform.
It is probably not for someone looking for shortcuts, unwilling to discuss numbers, unwilling to change, or primarily looking for social-media followers. The work requires transparency and execution.
The flagship six-month engagement is structured around one practice and includes the full advisory program plus the two-day TPC Draper Immersion.
All-in pricing includes the TPC Draper Immersion. The first participating surgeon may bring one key practice leader; airfare and hotel for those two attendees are included. Additional surgeons attending the immersion are +$2,500 each.
